2. Is therapy right for me?

Therapy is useful for everyone. If you find that there are personal, relational, emotional, social, behavioral or spiritual things that you struggle with, you can work on them in therapy.

4. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Once you have a device with internet connections and video, you are able to do virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted using video and audio.

5. Who will do the therapy sessions?

A licensed therapist will conduct sessions with you.

6. How often will I need to do therapy?

Therapy is scheduled based on your needs. Typically, people do therapy sessions one time weekly. Others do sessions bi-weekly or monthly. Both you and the therapist will decide on the frequency of sessions.

7. What type of clients do you work with?

We work with a diverse group of clients. We believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard.

8. What type of issues do you treat?

We work with diverse issues including depression, anxiety, family/relationship/couple's issues, infertility, anger, stress management, trauma, life transition and parenting.

9. Is CoFF right for me?

If you have any struggles that affect your emotions, behavior, relationships, thoughts, and overall happiness, reach out to CoFF

CoFF is not for you if:

  • you are in an emergency situation - please call 911 or your local emergency unit

  • you are under the age of 12

  • you need therapy to fulfill a court mandate

  • you need a court report for custody hearings

10. What if my partner does not want to come to therapy?

You are not alone. This happens in many cases. We will start working with you and then explore if your partner will also do therapy.

11. How long does it take to start therapy?

You will start therapy as soon as all required paperwork is signed, and a session scheduled. This can take a few hours or a few days. Get Started

12. How much does therapy cost?

Sessions range from USD$75.00-$150.00. We accept insurances. We offer a sliding scale fee. You can also pay out of pocket.
